Our Classes

Fetch Fitness classes offer something for everyone. Catering to a broad range of abilities in each class, we offer classes to build your muscular strength & endurance, burn fat, and develop your flexibility. Plus all of our classes come with a unique opportunity for your dog to socialise and spend at least 45 minutes off the lead.

We keep our classes small, to make sure you get the most from the workout by having enough time with your instructor, and so that you don’t need to worry about losing your pooch in a sea of dogs and burpees.

Fetch Fit Bootcamp

8am – 8:45am

This is our bootcamp class mixing cardiovascular and strength exercises. For all round fitness and strength, this is the class for you. Catered to all ability levels, you can expect a mixture of fun and hard work to crank up the fat burn and increase your fitness.

Mutts & Martial Arts

2:30pm – 3:15pm

Come along and join us for our non-contact* MMA inspired class! Think boxing, kickboxing, skipping ropes, and training drills in a circuits format. No previous experience or equipment necessary. *We may use pads and gloves during the class, these will be provided & are optional

Booty & the Beast

11:30am – 12:15pm

Welcome to our version of Legs, Bums & Tums! If you want a core of steal, buns like a peach, and toned legs, this is the class for you. You’ll love your resistance band when you see the results!

Fetch & Stretch (20 min add-on)

Saturdays and Sundays

This yoga-inspired session focuses on flexibility and yogic strength and is available as a 20-minute add-on to any other class. We avoid eyes-closed meditation, so you can keep an eye on your fur baby. Join us for a chance to reconnect with your surroundings, your dog, and yourself.
