Hampstead Heath, North London, UK
Throughout the year, during daylight hours
Do I have to have a dog to take part?
Nope, you don’t need to have a dog to come along. But you do have to love them as other people may bring theirs.
What does my dog do during the class?
There isn’t any dog-training involved, and your dog won’t be taking part in the exercises, but while you’re exercising they’ll be busy making new friends with the other canines and humans. This mostly involves them running around with the other dogs and chasing after balls the instructors throw for them. Alternatively, and depending on how tired your dog is, they may also just choose to sit on your mat and lick your face while you exercise.
What’s to stop my dog running off during the class?
They’re usually so preoccupied with what’s going on in the class, that they don’t look elsewhere for entertainment. In fact, we tend to attract dogs as opposed to losing them. But of course you’ll want to keep an eye on our dog during class, and that’s expected. As is giving them treats and toys.
Why does the timetable change occasionally?
We sometimes need to make changes to the timetable due to inclement weather and day length changes. But we’ll let you know about these well in advance of the class you’re booked on.
What will happen over the winter months?
We continue to offer classes on the Heath during daylight hours. Though the timetable changes to accommodate the shorter days.
Do I need to book in advance?
Yes please, as we’re not allowed to accept payment on the Heath. Booking closes 12 hours before the class is due to take place so that we can prepare for the class.
Do you offer discounts for booking multiple classes?
We sure do. Take a look at the booking page and click on the View Products/Packages link at the top of the class bookings to see our complete range of offers.
